Peter Marshark
Peter Marshark has been working in craft services for over 20 years, starting as a chef. His creative and innovative approach, lead him to starting his own business in 2000. Since then he has been satisfying crews and talent across the Tri-State area and soon to be Georgia.
David Perry
In 2014 David Perry brought his over 25 years of experience in corporate catering to Marshark Craft. David’s attention to customer satisfaction, along with Peter’s creativity has made Marhark Craft the premier Craft Service company.
Jonathan Palacios
Jonathan Palacios, Marshark Craft's general manager, has over 12 years in the industry providing delicious food and services to our clients.
Richie
Richie has over 3 years guarding the Marshark Craft truck yard and taking naps wherever he can find a quiet place.

The Marshark Craft Team is definitely doing it right!!! The New York City film and television community is an unforgiving town when it comes to food on set. From crew call to wrap their set up is fantastic and accessible. They maintain incredibly high standards of cleanliness and quality control. The food is varied day to day with delicious ‘COVID safe’ passed items as well!! They are constantly adapting to new ways of doing things. Always the first call!! Book early! Or you can use who I have used for every show I have done for the past decade and a half - Marshark. They don't just show up - they actually care about each show, and their crews deliver great service and top quality under every imaginable circumstance - I have had them in the woods, on top of mountains, in snow, rain and fierce heat - they have never let me down.

I have to say for the downtown component I was truly thoroughly impressed with EVERYTHING Thursday! Every single person I interacted with was lovely - made our last-minute requests happen, even double-checking several times to make sure they were fulfilling things correctly. Great attention to detail (who they could serve, where things would go, when they were good to strike, etc).
These performers (and myself) do a fair amount of morning shows and are used to mediocre-level grab-and-go pastries and spreads, and y'all were truly top-notch. It's funny, we use a lot of vendors and admittedly hope that the prestige of our event alone speaks to the stakes of how important it is that it be right. The food was great - New Yorkers are very critical about bodega-level pastries that have been sitting out, and this was exceptional.
Many many thanks for all that your team did. Please pass this on to Israel, Jonathan, and Juan. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful; you were a vendor who caused zero stress and helped to alleviate the stress of the day.
